FTE : Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay : $21.49 - $27.94 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

Administers psychological and neuropsychological tests to aid healthcare providers with diagnosing and treating patient conditions.

Responsibilities :

Administers and scores prescribed psychological testing, including cognitive, academic, neuropsychological, behavioral, personality, and emotional testing.

Observes, manages, and documents patient's behavior and condition throughout the testing process.

Enters testing / patient conditions and test results into patient records. Communicates results to patient's healthcare team.

May perform and / or assist with research. May perform scheduling, insurance verification, coding, billing, and reimbursement / collection activities.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements :

• Minimum Required Education : Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field. Preferred : Master's degree in Psychology or Clinical Social Work.
• Required Licensure / Certification : None Required. Preferred : Certified as a Specialist in Psychometry (CSP) by The Board of Certified Psychometrists (BCP), and / or state licensure as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Minimum Experience : None Required.
