Your Role

As an Underwriter, you'll play a pivotal role in our fast-moving organization. You will be responsible for underwriting and documenting :

• Short-term fix-and-flip and ground-up construction loans
• Long-term DSCR loans for residential investment properties

You will collect, review, and clear borrower documentation, assess collateral risk using our proprietary technology, review appraisals and credit files, and ensure loans are structured and ready for closing. In addition, you will partner with senior team members on portfolio reviews and policy improvements.
