1st shift Production Line Lead
- Understand, follow, and teach process to a team of production workers (4-6 workers)
- Read and verify line orders
- Run filling machines
- Complete all production and QA paperwork
- Adhere to all safety protocol
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Check work and lead by example
- Meet shift deadlines
- Flexible and available for overtimes with some weekends.
