Job descriptionLeading and guiding residential staff in assessing individual strengths and needs Being a part of creating a safe and positive environment for the individuals in the residence Modeling and supervising positive staff communication / written and verbal Performing supervisory duties Adhering to the agency policies and procedures and state licensing requirements The development and implementation of individual habilitation plans We have homes in Sout New Jersey area you would be responsible for one of the following which are located in CAMDEN County and BURLINGTON County.
