Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician - CARE.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with medication profiles and inquiries

Perform claim adjudication, maintain patient records, and support patient care issues

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma or GED

Prior experience in a pharmacy setting

Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA)

Current pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
