Your day, your craft

Start your morning in the Portland, OR area, loading up your service vehicle and reviewing the day’s residential calls. You’ll diagnose tricky comfort issues, repair and maintain furnaces, heat pumps, and AC systems, and confidently talk homeowners through options—sometimes recommending replacements or upgrades that fit their needs and budget. You work safely from ladders and roofs, brave hot attics and chilly crawlspaces, and document everything on a smartphone or tablet.

At D&F Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, you’ll be the trusted expert families count on. You’ll also mentor teammates, share best practices, and elevate the standard of service on every job.

Compensation and benefits

• Full-time role with hourly pay starting at $40.00+ DOE, plus Pension
