Annuity Specialist needs 5+ years

Annuity Specialist requires :

• Proven experience with fixed and fixed index annuities
• Strong understanding of surrender schedules and annuity product structures
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying client opportunities
• Experience with insurance carriers, IMOs, or broker-dealer platforms (preferred)
• Insurance license (215) required; Series 65 or equivalent a plus
• Comfortable discussing financial products and upgrades with clients
• Motivated by client success and long-term outcomes
• Collaborative and professional in team and partner interactions
• Evaluate current annuity holdings to identify upgrade or exchange opportunities
• Accurately calculate and explain surrender fees and implications to clients
• Clearly communicate annuity mechanics and upgrade benefits in client-friendly language
