Salary : $26-$28 / HR

Come work for Building Maintenance Management as a Building Maintenance Technician II and take your career to the next level.

Work Schedule :

• 40 hours per week.
• Monday through Friday.
• On call rotation is 1 week every 5-6 weeks, when needed.
• Hours between 7 : 00AM-5 : 30PM. Usually 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM.

Work Location : Great properties located throughout the Twin Cities.

Interview Process : Virtual Interview via Microsoft Teams, and In-person Meet + Greet with the Hiring Manager.

2-4 years (required) of maintenance experience in :

Special Requirements :

Occasional : Lifting of 50-100 pounds.

Frequent : Lifting of 25-50 pounds.

Constant : Lifting of 5-20 pounds.

Standing, sitting, squatting, bending, and occasional climbing.
