PATHOLOGY RESIDENCY PROGRAM DIRECTOR

University of Kentucky, Lexington

Position Highlights :

  • Open to any anatomic pathology service area
  • Negotiable 50% Clinical, 30% Admin, 15% Academic, 5% Professional Development
  • Dedicated administrative support
  • Favorable Call :

    • Call coverage aligned to anatomic pathology clinical service provided

  • Night : Approx. 1 weekday per month
  • Weekend : Approx. once per 2 to 3 months
  • Frozen Section : Approx. 1 week per 3 to 4 months
  • Leadership :

    • Provide mentorship and support to 2 Associate Pathology RPDs

    Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Base Compensation : Up to $330K
  • Relocation Assistance : Up to $20K
  • Generous Retirement : Match options up to 10%
  • Professional Development : $5K annually and CME opportunities provided free of charge

    • Qualifications :

  • Certifications : Board Certified in AP / CP or AP
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years post residency / fellowship at an Academic Medical Center
  • Fellowship Training : Subspecialty fellowship training in a specific area of anatomic pathology preferred
