Senior Program Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Program Analyst with expertise in federal financial management to support the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the continuous update of the Program Management Plan (PMP) and ensure alignment with external oversight expectations

Align SAFe ceremonies and tools to ensure consistent delivery across overlapping deployment waves

Translate complex technical data into decision-ready dashboards and maintain a Knowledge Management ecosystem

Required Qualifications

8 years of program management support for large-scale federal IT or ERP implementations

Bachelor's degree

Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Experience in communicating with senior management and clients

Experience working independently and meeting deadlines
