Urgent Coverage Needed : Shared Care Casein need ofan experienced ventilator nurse for 14 y / o female patient and 24 y / o male patients

Shifts : Monday to Sunday 8pm - 8am

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Medication administration per physician orders

Physician ordered treatments for :

Nutrition via a feeding tube

Tracheostomy care

Suctioningnasal, oral and / or endotracheal

Ventilation care

Seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Current, active Florida LPN license

Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)

G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train

TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)

1- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
