Job Title : Pharmacy Technician

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM CST

Description :

This position supports clinical pharmacy programs such as Centralized Pharmacy Anticoagulation Services (CPAS) and Electronic Prior Authorizations (ePA). Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, outbound calls for medication lab monitoring and adherence, EMR documentation, and general clerical duties. The technician will complete prior authorization questions for providers using chart review and outreach, submitting case questions to payers.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School diploma or GED
• 6+ months experience in pharmacy, call center, or customer service
• TSBP Registered Pharmacy Technician
• Strong communication, multitasking, critical thinking, and data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Auditing experience or multilingual (e.g., English / Spanish) is a plus
