Job descriptionCoordinate scheduling, dispatching, and project tracking for Process job tickets, timesheets, and work orders for accuracy and timely submission. Maintain compliance and safety documentation, including training records, permits, and inspection logs. Assist with procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination for Support billing preparation by verifying job completion details and ensuring all documentation is complete. Serve as a communication bridge between Assist with reporting, data entry, and document organization in line with Spirit's quality standards. 2+ years of administrative or operations coordination experience ( Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with digital recordkeeping systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
