This position supports patients in Northbrook, IL and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $9,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

This position requires working every Saturday and Sunday from 8 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM, along with one designated flex day per week, also from 8 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM.
