About the Clinician's Workday

This 6+ month position requires NC-licensed, BE / BC physicians. The case load includes 10-15 CV cases daily and 3,500-4,000 general cases monthly (busy OB, trauma, vascular, neuro, etc.). Shifts are flexible (8, 10, or 12 hours). CV shifts have no call or weekends, while pediatric shifts guarantee 40+ hours weekly with optional nights or weekends. General anesthesia shifts offer similar flexibility with optional in-house call. The care team model is 1 MD : 3-4 CRNAs, mainly supervisory, though MDs can work solo cases. The practice uses Cerner and AIMS EMR. Temporary privileges are not guaranteed.
