Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough pre-screening of candidates and manage a high volume of applicants
Administer assessment tests and conduct interviews via phone or virtual platforms
Track and manage candidate information using various software and meet recruitment goals
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of professional experience
Highly collaborative and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to navigate a large organization to achieve results
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed
