Job Description

Leading field operations on large-scale industrial and tilt-up projects. Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety compliance. Ensuring quality control and timely delivery across multiple job sites. Collaborating with project managers and clients to maintain project goals.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience as a Senior Superintendent - Tilt Up / Industrial Construction in industrial or tilt-up building and construction. Deep knowledge of field operations, safety protocols, and construction sequencing. Bonus : Experience with OSHPD / HCAI healthcare projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with the Southern California construction market.
