$55,000–$65,000 base salary (depending on experience) + commission plan (eligible after 60 days of employment with good performance)

We’re looking for a talented and driven Account Manager to join our Las Vegas team. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, bring enthusiasm to every customer interaction, and represent our premium brand with professionalism and energy.
About the Role
The Account Manager is responsible for driving outbound sales efforts, developing lasting customer relationships, and supporting the continued growth of Origin Acoustics’ dealer and integrator network. This role requires consistent outreach, exceptional communication, and strong follow-through on every opportunity.
You’ll learn our products in depth — how they perform, how they’re installed, and how to confidently demonstrate them for customers visiting our Las Vegas headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound phone calls and emails to generate leads, strengthen relationships, and drive sales results through meaningful interactions.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts with consistent communication and partnership development.
- Update account records, log call / email details, and accurately record all activities, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system to maintain transparency, accountability, and data integrity.
- Follow up and follow through in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and project completion.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual tours of the Origin Acoustics headquarters for visiting partners and customers.
- Conduct confident product demonstrations that highlight our innovation, design, and performance.
- Influence purchasing decisions through a deep understanding of customer needs and product value.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales, Customer Experience (CX), and Product Development teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Support company and industry events, helping to represent the Origin Acoustics brand and products.
- Consistently meet or exceed clearly defined KPIs, performance standards, and minimum expectations for activity and sales goals.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer relations, ideally within the audio, A / V, or technology industries.Knowledge or experience in audio / video systems or technology integration is a strong plus.Proven success in sales and outbound calling, with the ability to engage customers and drive results.Exceptional communication skills with strong emphasis on relationship building and responsiveness.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and proficiency in CRM systems.Demonstrated follow-up and follow-through abilities that ensure customer satisfaction and accountability.Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP / CRM platforms is preferred.Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve measurable results.Passion for audio technology, innovation, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.Compensation & Benefits
