Job Description & Requirements Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Day 9 Pay Rate : $184.30 - $199.50 This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : 8a-5p Practice Setting : Inpatient State Licensure : Must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) that can be easily transferable, must have Basic Life Support (BLS) Requirements : Must have an active Indiana license, m ust be Board Certified Facility Location Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University.
