Your Role

As a key contributor to the team, and to build your book of business, you will :

Build and nurture a robust network of clients seeking tailored financial planning services.

Expand your reach through effective strategies, including social media, networking events, referrals, and seminars.

Provide a wide range of financial services, including estate planning, wealth management, and insurance solutions.

Collaborate with our expert planning and wealth management teams to deliver superior results and financial outcomes for clients.

Achieve necessary licensing to provide comprehensive financial support to clients.

Elevate your knowledge : reimbursement program available for eligible professional designations to elevate your knowledge and career.

What We're Looking For

4 year degree or equivalent professional experience - students please apply to the internship program not to this position.

Preferred but not required : a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or a related field.

For career changers, prior successful sales experience a plus.

Confidence in addressing client objections and navigating challenging conversations.

An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development.

Proven ability to cultivate relationships.

Interest in team building and mentoring others.

Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven attitude.

Total Compensation :

First year advisors' to experienced advisors' variable performance based compensation range : $51,000 to $320,000+ per year (with experienced specialist advisors' income greatly exceeding this range).
