Job role : AI Strategy & Data Modernization Consultant

Duration : (80-120 hours)

Location : Remote (if there's someone local to north jersey / central jersey who can go in for first few days to see their shop they will be prioritized)

The client wants to streamline their operations by integrating data from multiple sources-specifically, customer information stored in a Large Language Model (LLM) and field service work orders-into QuickBooks for accurate accounting and invoicing. Currently, they face challenges with manual data transfers, which can lead to inefficiencies and errors. Automating this process will ensure that completed work orders trigger invoice creation in QuickBooks, while also supporting recurring billing for regular deliveries.

Beyond integration, the client aims to structure and leverage their existing data to unlock AI-driven insights. By organizing customer details, delivery frequencies, and service logs into a centralized, analyzable format, they can use AI for predictive analytics, route optimization, customer segmentation, and demand forecasting. This approach will not only improve operational efficiency but also enable smarter decision-making and growth strategies.

They are thinking of leveraging a consultant who can execute the work, make tech stack suggestions, etc.

We're seeking a consultant to assess the client's current systems and data and develop a strategy for how AI can transform their operations. This role will involve working directly with the company's owners to evaluate existing workflows, data sources, and technologies, then outline the best path to "AI-ify" the business - turning their data into actionable insights for automation, forecasting, and smarter decision-making. Experience in AI strategy, data architecture, and manufacturing processes is essential.
