SUMMARY :

The ideal candidate must have experience in migrating and or upgrading to a newer version of WebSphere. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning design and assessment of new & existing middleware infrastructures.

Qualifications and Skills :

• They must have experience in the migration of customer or vendor applications running on WebSphere from one major version to another.
• They should be able to demonstrate expertise with the most recent and relevant technologies in the middleware arena.
• They must have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to collaborate with internal and external groups including vendors.
