About The Position

Must-Have :

1 prior travel assignment

Experience with acute hospital, long-term acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing

Experience with admission criteria, care coordination, and discharge planning

Experience utilizing InterQual Criteria

Experience utilizing Milliman Guidelines

Description :

The Case Manager will be responsible for managing patient care effectively.

They will coordinate admissions and discharges in an acute hospital setting.

The role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.

They will conduct continued stay reviews and utilize established guidelines for case management.

The Case Manager will also be expected to provide weekend coverage every other weekend.

The position requires floating to various medical units, including ICU and maternal child units.

This position may involve contact with COVID-19 patients.

Business casual dress code is expected.

A flu vaccine is required with no exemptions.

Travel experience is necessary for this position.

Two supervisor references are required for consideration.
