A company is looking for a Communications Manager to support a large-scale enterprise-wide transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for enterprise initiatives, measuring effectiveness and optimizing based on feedback
Serve as the primary communications contact for program teams, consulting on messaging strategy and execution
Create executive-level communications materials, including presentations, town hall content, and internal announcements
Qualifications
Proven experience in enterprise-level employee communications, particularly for large-scale transformations or SaaS implementations
Strong ability to create tailored communications for diverse audiences across various organizational levels
Experience developing executive-facing materials, including presentations and briefing documents
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and familiarity with Microsoft Teams
Strong understanding of change management principles and enterprise communication strategies
