Executive Director of Medical Affairs

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Medical Affairs Strategy Excellence & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Set the overall direction for medical affairs excellence and align with therapeutic areas

Lead Medical Excellence initiatives and ensure consistent best practices across programs

Oversee operational aspects of medical strategy and manage timelines for cross-brand initiatives

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology medical affairs strategy

At least 5 years of senior director level experience in medical affairs strategy and operations

Experience collaborating with Medical Affairs vendors

Proficiency in brand strategy, launch planning, and competitive strategy

Doctorate Degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) or equivalent preferred
