Salesperson

Objectives of this Role :
- Represent the brand in a professional manner that fosters repeat business and a positive customer experience
- Identify new lead opportunities and potential upsells
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quota expectations
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues promptly
Key Responsibilities :
Engage regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or servicesUtilize industry software and technology to enhance the customer experienceParticipate in training sessions and seek opportunities to improve sales operationsDevelop in-depth knowledge of Point Irons products and services to provide accurate information and effective solutionsRequired Skills and Qualifications :
Exceptional interpersonal and customer-service skills, especially in high-pressure situationsStrong business acumen and professional ethicsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to team goalsPreferred Skills and Qualifications :
One or more years of sales experience, ideally within the manufacturing industryAssociate or Bachelors degree in a relevant fieldPrior experience in solar products, Gator parts, or agricultural machinery parts is highly preferredFamiliarity with sales-related software and CRM toolsStrong negotiation and time-management skillsSalary : Competitive, based on market standards.
