Assistant Community Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading property management company to fill their open Assistant Community Manager job in Fort Collins, CO. To qualify, you must have least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $23.00 and $24.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below). When you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company’s benefits programs.

Responsibilities :

Providing excellent customer service to residents
Facilitating move-in and move-out processes
Coordinating community events
Conducting property tours and assisting with lease applications
Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations such as HUD, LIHTC, etc.
Monitoring occupancy rates
Collaborating with maintenance staff to complete work orders
Assisting with rent collection
All other related tasks as required

Qualifications :

At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role

Fluency in Spanish preferred

Previous experience in affordable housing preferred

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation :

Hourly rate between $23.00 and $24.00
