Job Title

This job provides advanced level support and has specialized knowledge of criminal information programs and practices. The incumbent assists in criminal investigations through computerized research activities. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and responding to information requests from allied law enforcement agencies, providing authorized agencies with necessary information, and ensuring the accurate management of sensitive records. This role requires diligence and a high level of responsibility regarding confidential criminal history data.
