POSITION SUMMARY :

The Fitness Specialist will be responsible for recruitment of new personal training clients. The primary role will be executing recruitment strategies with phone calls, emails etc. to new and current members to schedule fitness consultations. The specialist will be required to conduct all fitness assessments that include interviews, body composition and functional screening while assessing individual fitness levels and recommending fitness plans to achieve goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Contacting all new and existing personal training prospects
• Scheduling and confirming fitness assessments and consultations with potential clients
• Discuss personal training options and all other functions of the facility that pertains to member goals.
• Assist Healthy Living Director with assigning clients with trainers
• Assist with tracking personal training and monthly goals
• Assist with compensation for personal trainers
• All other duties assigned
