The Social Media Content Coordinator will manage and grow our brand presence across Instagram and other platforms. This role will be responsible for developing engaging content, driving audience growth, and supporting lead generation through strategic social media execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule high-quality, on-brand content across Instagram and other platforms
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics including follower growth, engagement rate, and reel performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns and company initiatives
• Respond to community interactions and foster engagement
• Track and optimize content output and lead generation activity
• Contribute creative ideas to elevate content quality and storytelling
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram features, analytics, and trends
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: $ 25 - $27 per hour + bonuses based on performance.
