STRS Ohio is seeking an Analyst I or Analyst II, Private Credit to join the Investments / Private Credit team. Nearly two-thirds of STRS Ohio's investment assets are managed internally by more than 100 Investment Department professionals.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the director or portfolio manager, the Private Credit analyst assists in investment decision-making, management, monitoring, and evaluation of the private credit portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing portfolio strategies to ensure the private credit portfolio exceeds its long-term benchmark.
• Analyze prospective investments, perform due diligence, and prepare investment recommendations.
• Build financial models for portfolio and investment evaluation.
• Develop relationships with private credit firms and monitor portfolio companies.
• Conduct market research and maintain data integrity in internal databases.
