We’re a busy, full-service auto repair shop with a professional, upbeat atmosphere. Our management team values communication, teamwork, and reliability — and we invest in your success.

What We Offer :

  • Pay range : $35,000–$55,000 annually , depending on experience.
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers and answer phones in a professional, helpful manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and admin.
  • Communicate customer updates and support the service team.
  • Keep the front desk area organized and welcoming.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a customer service or office admin role.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with scheduling systems.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required.
