Product Automation Specialist

A company is looking for a Product Automation Specialist - Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for accounts payable, invoicing, and payment operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

Implement and maintain automation solutions using tools such as Oracle, Power Automate, and Python

Contribute to process reviews and identify opportunities for automation enhancements and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable support or related roles

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)

Hands-on experience with automation tools for AP and invoicing processes

Understanding of compliance and internal controls within financial operations

Professional certifications in automation technologies or financial operations (preferred)
