Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer at R1, you will have the opportunity to build cloud-based healthcare services and applications. Part of a collaborative, motivated Agile-based team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions with an engineering mindset. You will also design and develop software from a system performance and cost perspective while identifying causes of defects and conducting analysis to improve the quality and performance of the product / solution. Additionally, you will design and implement tools and pipelines to handle data from multiple sources.

To thrive in this role, you must have a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality enterprise software on schedule. You should also have strong programming skills in .NET, Python, C#, or Java and a good understanding of data engineering, DevOps methodologies, cloud-based services and applications, and modern software development methodologies.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $68,788.75 - $122,646.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
