This amazing opportunity for a Quality Review Coordinator Associate is on first shift, 6 : 30 am to 3 pm.

Typical tasks include, but are not limited to the following :

  • Understand and execute key aspects of supplier quality assurance to achieve best-in-class supplier quality, delivery, and service
  • Support the shop floor in addressing raw material issues by collaborating with the shop and Module Center quality teams
  • Collect, compile, and present COPQ data to drive continuous improvement initiatives at the supplier in reaction to escapes and in support of cost and lead-time reduction
  • Investigate, document, and close supplier investigations, escapes, and nonconformances
  • Utilize 8D problem solving methodology to ensure robust root cause investigation and corrective action implementation
  • Lead vendor corrective action board (VCAB) reviews to address quality signature performance, trends, and nonconformance activity
  • Create and maintain key relationships across multiple disciplines with both the supplier and P&W to resolve production challenges
  • Support procurement and other P&W internal & external customers
  • Work alongside engineering and supply chain to execute proactive supply base improvement plans
  • Support domain CORE initiatives
  • Perform JC&L2 ITC classifications

This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.

Qualifications you must have :

  • High School or General Equivalency Diploma
  • 3+ years of experience working with Manufacturing and Quality operations
  • or
  • Associates Degree and 2 years of experience working with Manufacturing and Quality operations
  • Experience interfacing with SAP and Documentum
  • Qualifications we prefer :

  • Ability to communicate to large groups across multiple organizations
  • Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Flexibility around shifts, for training and to maintain workflow, to include overtime
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineer Drawings
  • Possess excellent organizational skills

  • Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
