IT Contracts Specialist

A company is looking for an IT Contracts Specialist to join their IT, Digital & Technology team for a 12-month fixed term position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial and contracting aspects of IT service contracts

Provide guidance and support on contractual obligations to stakeholders

Review and negotiate contractual terms with suppliers and maintain commercial documentation

Required Qualifications

Working knowledge of contract terms and principles

Familiarity with finance systems

Experience in commercial evaluations, negotiations, and terms and conditions of contracts

Experience with subcontract agreements and framework agreements

Degree qualified in Business Management is desirable
