Responsibilities

• TikTok Ads Core ML Team aims at creating automatic delivery products for the next generation and developing advertising as a global business, instead of just a monetization tool to consolidate the delivery funnel framework allowing multiple teams to iterate parallel.
• Ads Core Traffic Strategy & User Experience team focuses on :
• Personalized Ads Experience : optimize every stage of the ad delivery pipeline, from recall and ranking to final placement, by integrating user feedback to make ads more relevant and engaging.
• Cutting-Edge Multi-Scenario Integration : build context models that analyze ads-related information and scene elements to improve accuracy, and develop list-wise models to optimize recommendation outcomes and ads ROIs.
• Develop state-of-art ad technologies, including ranking, retrieval, targeting, bidding, auction, etc. Be part of a team optimizing ads format and ranking strategies to bring better returns on investment for advertisers.
• Aim to achieve extreme iteration and optimization of advertising models via advanced technologies like AIGC / LLMs / RL / DL to enhance TikTok’s revenue and system efficiency, and improve customer experience.
• Optimize the delivery efficiency of automatic delivery products to increase penetration rate and lift compared to manual delivery.
• Iterate bidding and budget algorithms to select the best matching traffic for advertisers.
• Develop ads delivery capability as a tool for doing business with joint effort of TikTok\'s global recommendation optimization.
• Establish a robust, flexible and fair framework for multiple teams to parallelly iterate related models in the delivery funnel.

Job Information

For Pay Transparency : Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136,800 - $259,200 annually. Compensation may vary outside this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay may be supplemented by discretionary bonuses / incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary by location and employment type. Day-one medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with company match; paid parental leave; disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; and paid time off are typical, with additional holidays and personal time prorated on hire.
