Job descriptionManage incoming chats, emails, and inquiries from guests, providing prompt and efficient service Provide an overwhelming hospitality approach to each interaction with a focus on converting disappointed guests into brand advocates Maintain thorough knowledge of the companys products and services to provide accurate information to guests Document guest interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken Collaborate with team members to handle complex queries or complaints Maintain quality and productivity requirements Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and performance Navigate through multiple technological tools within the network environment Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions Previous experience in a Customer Service or Contact Center environment High School Diploma or equivalent Degree in a relevant field is a plus Must be computer savvy Must type at least 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracy Excellent oral and written communication Strong problem-solving with a first contact resolution focus SalesForce experience a plus Must be self-starting and able to work independently with excellent time-management skills
Guest Relations Representative
Wood Personnel is working with a very well-known restaurant company that prides itself on hard work, strong values, and genuine hospitality. They are looking for a Guest Relations Representative to come and assist with handling customer calls, chats, and emails. This person should have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, able to work independently, with a positive attitude.
Compensation and Hours :
- Remote (Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment with strong internet connection)
- $20 / hour
- Temporary until January
- Thursday through Sunday 9am to 6pm
- Lebanon, TN
