Position Type : Full-Time / Part-Time

Shift : 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM, including weekends and holidays as scheduled

Overview :

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight team. In this role, you will ensure the well-being of our residents by administering medications, assisting with ADLs, and coordinating care. You will also be responsible for triaging calls from other assisted living buildings between 10 : 00 PM and 6 : 00 AM.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and regulatory guidelines
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate with appropriate medical staff
• Triage incoming calls from other assisted living buildings between 10 : 00 PM and 6 : 00 AM, offering clinical guidance and support
• Accurately document all care and communication in a timely manner
• Build meaningful connections with residents and contribute to a positive, supportive environment
