Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM | $16 / hour

Are you creative, energetic, and love making a difference in people’s lives? Join Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as an Activities Aide and help bring joy and engagement to our residents every day.

What You’ll Do

Plan and lead fun, meaningful activities, games, and events

Encourage residents to participate in arts & crafts, music, movies, and group activities

Assist with setup, cleanup, and preparation for daily programs

Support residents based on their individual interests and abilities

Work closely with the Activities Director and care team to create a positive, welcoming environment

Document resident participation and feedback

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, patient, and upbeat personality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with seniors or in long-term care preferred (but not required)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
