A company is looking for a Proposal Manager who will enhance proposal quality and oversee the proposal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Own the value proposition and technical approach in proposals
Craft compliance matrices and ensure proposals meet requirements
Oversee the entire proposal process, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
Required Qualifications
U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in proposal compliance management within the GovCon industry
Strong understanding of GovCon business development and proposal writing processes
Ability to leverage AI tools as part of the proposal process
