Key Responsibilities
Review and report customer DNA sequencing data
Monitor quality of DNA sequencing data and perform proactive follow-ups
Assist with internal projects to enhance the efficiency of the Technical Support team
Required Qualifications
BS Degree in Biological Sciences or a related field
1-2 years of relevant experience
Ability to closely follow Standard Operating Protocol (SOP)
Experience in mentoring new team members
