Position : Field Manager in Training (Salary + Commission)
Responsibilities :
- Walk neighborhoods and find homes with old original windows, doors and roofing.
- Speak with homeowners, explain the value of impact windows, doors and roofing.
- Schedule their FREE inspection appointment
- Learn how to recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers
