Assist clients as needed to safely enter and exit the vehicle.Punctuality and Reliability :  Maintains a strict schedule to avoid delays, respecting passengers' time.Customer Service Skills :  Communicates effectively with passengers, offering assistance or information as needed.Attention to Detail :  Keeps the vehicle in good condition through regular maintenance checks.Empathy and Understanding :  Shows patience and sensitivity, especially when dealing with individuals who might need extra care.Ensure Safety :  Regularly check the vehicle's brakes, tires, and lights.Build Rapport :  Greet passengers warmly and ask if they need help with anything.Stay Informed :  Keep updated on the best routes to avoid traffic and ensure a smooth ride.Plan Ahead :  Schedule regular vehicle maintenance and keep an emergency kit on board.Maintain working personal cell phone (service and internet accessible) and operate mobile GPS application.Other duties as assigned.Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching frequently throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift and / or move items over 50 pounds.
