FAMILY PHYSICIAN WITH FACULTY Starting Salary Range 250k Michigan City, Indiana We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full time Family Medicine Physician with Faculty at one of our growing centers! Job Overview As a Physician, you will be responsible for coordination of proactive care for patients with chronic conditions as well as identifying wellness and / or preventative service for clinical patients.
