• This position will work mid-shift 10A-6P

The Operations Manager will lead Inbound and Outbound operations of our warehouse and distribution life science facility, acting as the primary face to the customer. This position defines the work environment, sets goals and standards, and ensures compliance with Langham Life Sciences Logistics and client standards. This position manages Warehouse supervisory personnel supporting the operations and is accountable for all operational, financial, and customer satisfaction performance of the operations.

The Operations Manager contributes to meeting Langham’s revenue goals around temperature (temp) controlled warehousing with exceptional customer service, quality, process improvement, and profitability by meeting individual revenue goals through business development efforts. The Operations Manager works directly with the Sr. Operations Manager to further identify methods of process improvement and supporting LEAN activities.

Education and Experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment : Must be able to work proficiently with computers and other office equipment. Travel as needed. Work is performed in office and warehouse environments with varying temperatures throughout the facility.
