Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced CRM solutions to enhance customer engagement

Build and optimize workflows, plugins, APIs, and integrations with internal and third-party systems

Serve as a subject-matter expert for CRM development and mentor junior developers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field

8+ years of overall experience in software development

3+ years of experience focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365

Proficiency in CRM customization, configuration, and development

Experience deploying and managing applications in Azure
