Location : Newark
Embark on a journey with us in the realm of electronics manufacturing, where your role will be central to refining our SMT procedures and ensuring top-notch quality. You'll be collaborating closely with the Production Supervisor, focusing on touch-up and rework operations.
- Be a detail-oriented technician : Perform intricate soldering tasks in line with IPC-A-610 standards and handle component reworks efficiently.
- Execute directives : Follow both written and verbal instructions, guaranteeing that each completed task meets our robust quality expectations.
- Team synergy : Demonstrate best practices and help new hires with troubleshooting while engaging in continuous learning through cross-training.
