Responsibilities :
- Maintain a culture of fast iteration and practical problem solving.
- Own the VFX rendering pipeline and tools.
- Collaborate with the VFX team to optimize systems and implement new solutions.
- Evolve existing systems into state-of-the-art solutions.
- Design and implement new rendering techniques.
- Create visually stunning graphics, balancing performance and resource management.
- Work with stakeholders to analyze constraints and develop solutions.
- Mentor engineers and support technical problem-solving.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in video game development; Unreal Engine experience is a plus.Strong understanding of graphics technologies; experience with physical simulation is a plus.Thorough knowledge of modern GPU architecture (PC, PS, Xbox).Experience with DX12, Vulkan, or similar APIs.Proficiency in HLSL / GLSL or other shader languages.Deep understanding of performance optimization.Ability to debug complex defects, including memory issues and multi-threading.Excellent communication skills.Self-motivated with a focus on quality.Preferred : Experience with AAA titles and shipping on PC / consoles.

Compensation :
Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $275,500 annually, with potential sign-on bonuses, relocation packages, and stock options.
