They ensure that each guest has a memorable dining experience by living out the CPK High 5 :
Job Duties
Our Pizza Chef maintains the highest standards for food quality and sanitation. They assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes. They are our experts of the "Dough-Pro" machine. Our Pizza Chef supports the line checks process and completes prep par sheets every shift. They prepare all necessary items for their station as needed. They practice and teach safe / sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment. They maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening / closing and side work duties each shift. We require three to six months related experience or training.
